Shadow Hearts
The first Shadow Hearts was
release in Japan on January 1st of 2001. The game follows a 24 year old
Harmonixer
name Yuri Hyuga. Yuri is of Russian and Japanese decent and due to tragic
incidents lost both his parents at the age of 10. Yuri is guided by a mysterious
voice or guardian which leads as his conscious. Thank to this voice he was
able to save a young women name Alice Elliot.
Link himself Alice has strange mysterious powers. These powers make her a target for criminal groups looking to use it for no good. It soon dons onto Yuri that he must protect Alice from these groups sense they plan to use her powers to destroy the world.

Shadow Hearts Covenant was release
on February 19 of 2004. This sequel takes place a year after the first game.
World War I is now well underway and a small town name Doremy is able to
hold off siege from the German army. Rumor swirls that a demon is the reason
why Doremy has still not fallen. Outrage the German army sends a special
troop led by Karin Koenig. Karin is also accompany by Nicolas Conrad an
inquisitor from the Vatican.
The demon in Doremy is actually Yuri Hyuga. Nicolas Conrad uses a Vatican treasure known as the Holy Mistletoe to destroy Yuri. Instead the Holy Mistletoe cause Yuri to lose controls of his powers. It is soon realize that Nicolas is involve with a dark group known as Sapientes Gladio, who wish to rule the world with their dark powers.

Shadow Hearts: From The New
World was release on July 28 of 2005 in Japan. This game is not a direct
sequel to the prior two. Instead this game takes place in the Americas and
follows a young boy name Johnny Garland. Johnny sister and father had died
years earlier leaving the family fortune to him. Johnny thus decides to
leave the family business and start up his own detective agency. One of
his first clients is a man name Gilbert, who is searching for an old acquaintance
name Marlow Brown.
Johnny eventually tracks down Mr. Brown and when he begins to question Mr. Brown a strange portal opens. Out of the portals appears a monster. Johnny was thus save by Shania, a young Native American women. Shania was on a mission to hunt down a mysterious women called Lady. She had evidence to believe that Gilbert and Lady were somehow connected.
